The zoo covers 7 main zones; birds, savannah mammals, tropical mammal, aquarium, panda centre, reptile and insects. Taking tram shorten the distance between zones. Amazing experience to see the animals upclose.

I just wish the zoo management can upgrade their facilities for visitors, as basic as a clean and functional public toilets (especially the ladies, near entrance gate)

All the animals were on display in a natural habitat theme which was unique and intriguing. It seems the animals are getting the care they need. The amphitheatre show was also great. However, there was some problem with the time management by the zoo staff. The zoo closes at 5 pm. I reached the Malayan Tiger, White Bengal Tiger and African Lion Section at around 4:15 pm but all these animals were already kept back in their shelters by the staff. It was disappointing to not be able to see them. There was also no information on them putting the animals indoors before zoo visiting end-time.

Berbaloi bawa anak2 berjalan kenal haiwan. Kawasan banyak pokok. Jadi, tidak terlalu banyak berpanas. Seronok tengok show Dombi (anjing laut). Pembelian tiket combo 2 adults + 1 children sangat jimat. Tak perlu print e-voucher, just beratur di kaunter 6 untuk dapatkan tiket. Thank you tripcarte.asia.

The experience was OK types… We did had that enthusiastic feeling we had before visiting it. Being a National Zoo it should be clean and beautiful even for animal. The animal water was all dirty and stinking. We felt that in being such a large area it can be improved as animal cages were bit small. It is fine if you do not have any place to go and just want to pass time. Except Panda we didn’t liked anything much in the Zoo.

Fairly enjoyable. This place needs more improvement and maintenance. The zoo is so big that you may consider riding the tram rather than walking. Their huge collection of animals is lovely. It is just that the time of your visit can be unfortunate due to them sleeping and hiding away from the public view. We did take a delight for the scenery at the Safari

Animals were healthy and cute though…hehe…we should bring them again there.

The claim procedure for e-ticket was fast and easy. The Zoo could include the buggy ride service into their ticket price since charging RM5 per head (children also same price) will turn many customer away and a free buggy ride will become another attraction for the children.
