FLEXPLUS & FLEXBASIC TICKETS

FlexPlus & FlexBasic Tickets (tickets that DO NOT require a selected date or time) purchased via Tripcarte.asia are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

After 6 months, you will not be able to redeem your ticket at the attraction counters.

Had to cancel your holiday plans and will not be able to redeem any of the tickets bought?

 

Had too much to do (or just too much lazing around) and did not manage to visit the attractions during your holiday?

 

Not everyone wanted to go to all the attractions so only some of the tickets were redeemed?

 

Don’t worry, we understand. It happens.

 

You can get a refund for any of the FlexPlus & FlexBasic tickets that has not been redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. No questions asked.

 

Just fill up this Refund Form and we will process your refund.

 

Tripcarte.asia will first verify your purchase. There will be a small cancellation fees of 10% imposed for all cancellation. We will refund the funds into your bank account within 14 working days.

 

Tickets that have already been redeemed at the counters will not be refunded.

Most of the attractions displayed in Tripcarte.asia are open every day of the year including school and public holidays.

 

However, for safety reasons, attractions may temporarily close for a few hours in case of bad weather or planned maintenance.

 

If you are unable to visit any of the attractions due to this or any other similar reasons, don’t worry – just fill up this Refund Form and we will process your refund.

 

Tripcarte.asia will first verify your purchase and the attractions reasons for not being able to provide their services. There will be no cancellation fees (apart from online banking transaction charges). We will refund the funds into your bank account within 14 working days.

 

Tickets that have already been redeemed at the counters will not be refunded.

CAR RENTALS

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for confirmation.

 

A minimum 2 days (48 hours) booking is required.

 

There will be a RM 50 – RM 200 per day safety deposit (depending on vehicle type) to be paid when you collect the vehicle. The safety deposit will be reimbursed when the vehicle is returned.

 

Our unlimited mileage policy lets you drive all you want – just make sure to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when picked up.

 

Smoking is prohibited inside the car. RM 300 penalty will be charged.

Full refunds apply for bookings that is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to vehicle collection date.

 

There will be NO REFUNDS if you do not collect your rental vehicle on the scheduled date – please do get in touch with us at least 48 hours prior for any changes.

The drivers must be between 23 and 65 years old.

 

Other nationals who hold a valid driving licence in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months.

 

Probationer licence holders will not be accepted.

During vehicle collection, the hirer is required to check for any damage to the vehicles.

 

Be advised to check the spare tyre, tyre opener and tools of the vehicle.

 

Should any damage or missing part be found, please inform our staff immediately.

 

Any damage or missing part that is not reported earlier will be considered under the hirer responsibility.

All vehicles are fully insured with standard motor vehicle policy.

 

However the hirer is responsible not exceeding RM 2,000 (small & standard cars), RM 3,000 (standard cars & MPVs) and RM 5,000 (MPVs & vans).

 

All insurance and excess protection do not apply for damage or loss due to careless action, negligence, illegal or improper use of the vehicle.

 

The insurance and excess protection also does not cover tyre punctures, burst tyre, fuel errors, battery damage due to electrical devices left on and loss or damage to the vehicle accessories.

 

The accident or damage only applies for collision between two moving objects. Any damage while the vehicle is stationary will be under hirer’s full responsibility and subjected to the above excess and excess protection.

 

For damage which involves a third party, the hirer is required to get information from the third party driver which include the driver’s name, IC/Passport, driving licence and vehicle registration number.

 

If the claim cannot be made against third party insurance, all damage will be under hirer’s responsibility and subjected to the above excess and excess protection.

 

The hirer is reminded that underbody and overhead damage is at their own risk at all time. All insurance and excess protection is void if the vehicle is driven on unsealed and unmade road or surface.

 

The hirer is required to contact our representatives to inform us for any event of accident or car theft.

 

A police report should be made within 24 hours after the accident or from the time you’ve found out about the theft or loss. The police report should be obtained in writing.

BOOKING TICKETS

Booking tickets (tickets that DO require a selected date or time) purchased via Tripcarte.asia will only be redeemable at the attractions on the selected date.

 

If you have a change of plans and would like to move the date around, just get in touch with us at least 48 hours before your selected date and we will move the dates around to best accommodate you. So you can sit back and enjoy your holiday.

GENERAL

By using this site (the “Site”), you (“you” or the “End User”) agree to the terms and conditions that we (“Tripcarte.asia”) have provided.

If you do not wish to agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”), please refrain from using the Site.

The Site provides an interactive online service operated by MyLangkawi Deals Sdn. Bhd. on the World Wide Web of the Internet (the “Web”), consisting of information services, content and transaction capabilities facilitated through Tripcarte.asia, affiliates of Tripcarte.asia or merchants (“Merchants”) offering vouchers for sale (“Vouchers”) which may be exchanged for goods/services at Merchants and other third parties.

 

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of this Site by the End User. By using this Site (other than to read this Agreement for the first time), End User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof.

 

The right to use this Site is personal to End User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. End User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of End User’s password(s), if any.

 

End User acknowledges that, although the Internet is often a secure environment, sometimes there are interruptions in service or events that are beyond the control of Tripcarte.asia, and Tripcarte.asia shall not be responsible for any data lost while transmitting information on the Internet.

 

Tripcarte.asia shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. Further, Tripcarte.asia may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information, may change or eliminate any transmission method and may change transmission speeds or other signal characteristics.

In no event shall Tripcarte.asia, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to this agreement.

 

In no event will Tripcarte.asia’s liability in connection with a voucher exceed the amounts paid for such voucher, and total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amounts paid by end user during the six months preceding the bringing of any claim.
