How Does this Work?

Step 1
Firstly, ticket(s) are purchased from the various participating attractions via Tripcarte.asia

Step 2
Upon successfully purchasing the ticket(s), an email confirmation containing your e-voucher with QR Code will be sent to the corresponding email address specified during the checkout phase

Step 3
To redeem the ticket for each respective attraction, all that is required is for you to present the QR Code at the reception counter for each participating attraction

Regardless of the quantity and number of attraction ticket(s) purchased, only ONE (1) QR code will be required and sent to your corresponding email address

Is it Safe?

Rest assured, it is 100% safe to purchase from Tripcarte.asia. We do not store your banking/credit-card purchase info on our site. All payments are securely handled by PayPal, 2C2P, iPay88 and BillPlz payment gateways directly.

Also to further reassure our customers, we have gone to great lengths to safeguard the site with SSL (https) to ensure that your browsing experience is solely private to you and will be free from any external interception and eavesdropping.

How can I Verify my Puchase(s)?

Upon successfully completing your purchase, you will be sent an email containing your Digital-Pass together with the details of your tickets.

If you do not receive an email from us within 10 minutes of purchase, do contact us and our support staff will be ready to assist you.

What is the Expiry Period for the Ticket(s) Purchased?

All FlexPlus & FlexBasic Tickets (tickets that DO NOT require a selected date or time) from Tripcarte.asia will have a validity of 6 MONTHS from the date of purchase as shown in the purchase invoice.

The ticket can be redeemed at ANY time from the moment of purchase as long as the redemption is made within 180 days.

Tickets that require a booking date will ONLY be valid on the selected date as per your order.

Do I Need to Print the QR Code / Voucher?

For almost all attractions in Tripcarte Asia, no physical representation of the QR code / Digital-Pass is required.

The QR Code will be accepted as long as it can be scanned at the reception counter for the respective participating attractions.

For example, QR code image in your mobile-phone, PDF, Email, physical printout, etc will all be accepted.

For some attractions that do require a printed copy of the voucher, it will be clearly stated on the attraction page and e-mail received.

Haven't Received Your QR Code / Voucher via Email?

Do not worry, the mail might just very well be on its way to your mailbox even as we speak now.

However, if you still did not receive your email after 30-mins from the moment of purchase, kindly contact us via the Contact Us page or via the “Chat with Us” feature on the lower right bottom of the Tripcarte.asia page.

We will attend to you as soon as we possibly can, however, do also allow us 24-hours to get back to you in the worst possible scenario.

Lost the Email or Printout - How to Get a Copy Re-sent?

Kindly contact us via the Contact Us page or via the “Chat with Us” feature on the lower right bottom of the Tripcarte.asia page.

We will attend to you as soon as we possibly can, however, do also allow us 24-hours to get back to you in the worst possible scenario.

However, do allow us 24-hours to get back to you if you left an offline message with us instead. The support representatives might be busy attending to other customers and will get back to you shortly.

I have an Issue, Can I Get a Refund?

Had to cancel your holiday plans and will not be able to redeem any of the tickets bought?

Had too much to do (or just too much lazing around) and did not manage to visit the attractions during your holiday?

Not everyone wanted to go to all the attractions so only some of the tickets were redeemed?

Don’t worry, we understand. It happens.

You can get a refund for any of the FlexPlus & FlexBasic tickets that has not been redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. No questions asked.

Just fill up this Refund Form and we will process your refund.

Tripcarte.asia will first verify your purchase. There will be a small cancellation fees of 10% imposed for all cancellation. We will refund the funds into your bank account within 14 working days.

Tickets that have already been redeemed at the counters will not be refunded.
