All tickets are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
You do not need to print the ticket, simply present the QR code via your phone.
In order to redeem your ticket, please proceed to the attraction’s counters.
MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Malaysian – with MyKad type tickets.
Identification card for age verification must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Children type tickets

Once payment is complete, you will instantly receive an email with QR code and attached PDF with your ticket details.
How do I redeem my tickets?
Simply present the QR code on your phone at the attraction counter / staff / operator. The attraction will scan your QR code to get the ticket details.

Been there before a few times and the last time was more than 7 years ago. Was pleasantly surprised to see some improvements such as more stalls and cleaner environment. Water soaking in hot spring was good. Fire show was awesome. So much to see and do that even my sister wants to come back with her family from overseas. Bad point is not allowed to bring my bottle of water.

worst experience I had in a theme park. I brought my 3 years old son. I wasn’t allowed to bring in water bottle and bun. reason everything need to be bought inside… just a dirty tactic to increase their business… so when my son was hungry and thirsty.. I wanted to buy from the shop. guess what, I can’t buy straight. I need to que up at the cashier counter.. and guess what the cashier staff were working super slow.. to que was growing and growing making every hungry customers irritated. most of were wet after bathing.. it’s very stupid and irrational of the authority to expect wet and drenched ppl to walk around with money and buy stuffs. entrance fee is already expensive… even universal studio allows it’s ppl to bring the food and water.. who do you think lost world are.. a place runed by idiots
