The Bukit Merah Laketown Resort is divided into several sections. One of them is its renowned water park. For those who are familiar with Sunway Lagoon, Bukit Merah Laketown Resort Waterpark has the same theme. Good place but food is the worst in the world. They banned people from bringing outside food, but the food inside is expansive and zero quality. They even gave uncooked rice and raw meat burger. The worst food out of all water park.

Bukit Merah Lake Town Resort seems not ready to welcomes thousands of guest during Merdeka Day Holiday, 31st Aug 2023 that also a school holiday. Need to queue for hours just to get the entrance tickets although already been online purchase earlier. Double or triple waiting time for walk in guest. The queueing nightmare do not stop there. Hours of queueing also for locker/pelampung renting and food purchasing. Other that, water park experience for my kids, definately worth it as we spend all day enjoying it. To the Management of Bukit Merah Lake Town Waterpark, u all need to look at how to speed up q at all counters mentioned above. Thank You.

Everything OK.. Just food cannot bring inside, I have hyperthyroidism diseases and other illness need to eat medicine on time. After take medicine also need to eat after 1 hour. Them not allowed to eat because I bring food from out side.. Very disappointed.. I need to walk go out alone and walk in back.. To far.. Really disappointed

Me and my families really enjoyed our day at bukit merah water park. The place was a bit crowded and we didnt have the chance to play all the games there since the queue was very crazy but it was understandable since it was a public holiday and school holiday. Overall, I would rate 4.8/5!

I like playing water even I don’t know how to swim. This park lets me enjoy the fun in playing water games at the same time make sure our safety. The safe guard are also very responsible as I notice one of the safe guard is having wound but he still helps to service us. Their admission fee is value for money. Safe and fun. At the adventure river, my 6-year-old daughter had no problem wading through the shallow water. I really want to get on the giant wet bubble. But the queue was too long so I have to skip this. Next time, I will come again and play it.
