Mossy Forest Cameron Highlands (Half Day Tour)

One such gem is the enchanting Mossy Forest, a strangely beautiful forest tucked in the highlands of Mount Brinchang, the second highest peak in Cameron Highlands. Blanketed with mysterious mist and shrouded in a magical aura, the Mossy Forest is located at an elevated position of 2,032 metres above sea level.
This moss-choked forest was ranked fifth place on Lonely Planet’s list of Most Instagrammable Forests In The World and looks straight out of a scene from the Lord Of The Rings or Avatar.

Just like its name, it is filled with trees and all sorts of flora covered with layers of moss. You’ll also get the chance to encounter exotic plants such as ferns, spices, orchids, and even medicinal plants that grow wildly in the moist environment.
