By Hotel Pick Up and Drop Off Service

• Please contact the operator at least one (1) day before your selected visit date to confirm your 2-way transport from your hotel (within Ubud area only)
• Contact information will be provided in your e-Ticket

By Free Shuttle Bus

• Free shuttle bus is available and subject to availability. Please contact the operator at least one (1) day before your selected visit date to make a reservation
• Contact information will be provided in your e-Ticket
• Free shuttle bus starts from the ‘Queen’s of India’ Restaurant (near the Ubud Palace) at 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm
• The shuttle bus will head back to Ubud from the Bali Swing at 12:15 pm, 2:15 pm, 4:15 pm and 6:15 pm
