How will I receive my tickets? Once payment is complete, you will instantly receive an email with QR code and attached PDF with your ticket details.
How do I redeem my tickets? Simply present the QR code on your phone at the attraction counter / staff / operator. The attraction will scan your QR code to get the ticket details.
Is this ticket refundable if I do not visit the attraction? Please read the Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions for more information.
Security Check Sunway Lagoon will conduct bag checks at the entrance of the park to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
Re-admission Wristbands are valid for a ONE time admission only. Re-admission is strictly not allowed.
Weather Due to Malaysia’s tropical climate, thunderstorms occur regularly. In the event of thunderstorms, outdoor attractions will be closed for guests’ safety. There will be no refund in the event of inclement weather.
Safety
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the park.
  • Adhere to height and weight restrictions for guests’ safety.
  • Ensure all safety gears are fastened properly. Strictly follow the Ride ‣ Attendant’s instructions to ensure safety at all times.
  • Follow the lifeguards’ instructions at all times.
  • Sharp and protruding objects, loose items, umbrellas, eyewear, bags, caps and cameras are not allowed on rides.
Guest Conduct Unruly, disruptive or offensive behavior and profanity is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Violators may be asked to leave the park without a refund.
Smoking Sunway Lagoon strives to ensure that the common areas are smoke-free. For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Food & Alcohol Outside food and beverages – except those for infants or special medical needs – are not allowed into the park. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited. Food & drinks are readily available for purchase inside the park.

    Not crowded at all, so Quack xpress probably irrelevant. Tripcarte price was the best, the cheapest, and i will definitely buy tripcarte again.

    We really had a great day and experience there🥰 we’ve tried almost all the water slides and other theme parks as well…the most scariest theme park i would say the scream parkkk, where i shouted my heart out!!🤣🤣Not forgetting the vuvuzela, the most thrilling water slid

    Value for money spend: 6/10.
    Most of the staff was unkind and unwelcoming which was surprising cause we visited the place on Friday with few people in the park.
    The ATV bikes were faulty, and the que manager at ATV was way slow, we waited 80mins in the que with only 8 participants – waste of time.

    It was a nice experience but the tour plan could be better with timings that suits everyone. We missed the in park shows as we were in the water world but it was a great experience overall.

    TripCarte.Asia sells the ticket a bit cheaper than in sunway lagoon website . I had experienced a good moment since i bought the ticket in tripcarte. it was super fast and i got the confirmation within half an hour through my email. The redemption of tickets also went smoothly. Nothing problems happened during the day ! Recommended to all .

    The information in the booklet or phamplet or map is NOT updated such as timing to several shows and operating hours etc. Please check ALL timings at the counter before you go if not you will be disappointed to know that some shows ended before the timing stated in the map.
