MELAKA DUCK TOURS

Have a chance to experience and view what Malacca has to offer on land and sea by touring the city with the amphibious vehicle known as the Duck. With the recognition as a world heritage site by UNESCO not too long ago, Malacca has been attracting more local and foreign tourists than before and the Duck Tour will give you a unique tour of the city.

Melaka Duck Tours

The 45 minute journey will take you along the roads of Melaka town to view some of its historical landmarks, before plunging into the Straits of Melaka via Pulau Jawa. From the waters you will be get a unique view of some of sites along the coast as well as enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunset (if the hour is right). The tour ends when the Duck retraces its journey back to the starting point.

  • Tickets that has been redeemed at the counter will not be refunded
  • There will be a 10% cancellation fee for all refunds
  • All tickets are valid for 6 months from date of purchase
  • You do not need to print the ticket, simply present the QR code via your phone
  • In order to redeem your ticket, please proceed to the attraction’s counters
  • MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Malaysian – with MyKad type tickets
  • Identification card for age verification must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Children type tickets

How do I redeem my tickets? Simply present the QR code on your phone at the attraction counter / staff / operator. The attraction will scan your QR code to get the ticket details.

    Based on my experience, I have mixed feelings for this attraction. It is good that there is a sightseeing tour like this in a historical city of Melaka. Previously, I had been to similar tour in Singapore. There is much better than here. The route taken should be more interactive and bringing us to a nice viewing spot. On the other hand, the sensation of sea breeze hitting your face is worthwhile. Everyone ought to try this for it is one of a kind if you are specifically spending your holiday in Melaka. Maybe, different trip and driver would give different experience.
