About Kuching City

Kuching’s city centre is well preserved and very compact perhaps virtually everything that is worth seeing can be reached on foot or by sampan. The narrow, bustling streets are crammed with shops selling all manner of goods, from the mundane to the exotic. There are ornate Chinese temples, many fine examples of colonial-style architecture, a beautiful waterfront and a number of interesting museums, including the historic Sarawak Museum. There is an excellent range of accommodation, from luxury via boutique to budget, good restaurants, and nightlife to suit most tastes and pockets.

Tour Highlights

Includes driving pass the Kuching South Municipal Hall, taking photographs at the Great Cat of Kuching – Cat Monument & Cat Statue, get a view of Tua Pek Kong – the Oldest Chinese Temple in Kuching, Kuching Mosque – the Old State Mosque, visit the famous Sarawak Museum and The Sarakraf Pavilion – textiles and handicraft centre.

You will also drop by Sarawak’s latest and newest recreational spot called the Malaysia and China Friendship Garden –with tasteful designated in the styles of both Malaysia and China.

The tour continues with a stop at Kuching Waterfront, The Sarawak Tourism Complex – former Colonial Law Court House, Clock Tower, The Charles Brooke Memorial, The Square Tower, The Sarawak Steamship Building – now known as Kuching Waterfront Bazaar selling a wide range of handicrafts and souvenirs and walk along the Main Bazaar – the oldest street in the city.

Itinerary

  • Pickup from hotel or meet up point
  • 1st half of the tour will include:
    • Kuching South Municipal Hall, Great Cat Monument & Cat Statue, Tua Pek Kong, Kuching Mosque, Sarawak Museum, The Sarakraf Pavilion and the Malaysia and China Friendship Garden
  • 2nd half of the tour will include:
    • Kuching Waterfront, The Sarawak Tourism Complex, Clock Tower, The Charles Brooke Memorial, The Square Tower, The Sarawak Steamship Building and the Main Bazaar
  • Return to hotel / meet up point

  2. Redeem Your Ticket at the Attraction
    • This is a Booking ticket, you can only visit the attraction on the selected date / time.
    • On the day of your visit, simply present the QR Code at the attraction and walk right in.
  • All tickets are valid only for the date selected in your order.
  • You do not need to print the ticket. Simply present the QR code via your phone.
  • In order to redeem your ticket, please proceed to the attraction’s counters on the selected date.
  • MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the attraction for purchase of MyKad Holder type tickets.
  • There will be NO REFUND provided for this attraction ticket if you are unable to visit on the selected date.
  • Any other refund requests will be examined on a case to case basis.
