KUALA ROMPIN SALTWATER FISHING OUTING
Kuala Rompin is probably best known as the gateway to Tioman Island. However, it is not without its own merit. Kuala Rompin is building a name for itself in the sport of sailfish fishing. It is increasingly being recognized as the Sailfish Capital of Asia, and hosts a yearly world-class fishing event, the Royal Pahang International Billfish Challenge. This is the place to be for a relaxing yet exciting weekend for all fishing enthusiasts.
Our fishing spot is set and focused over Kuala Rompin open waters, Berhala Island and Tioman Island. We specialize in Sailfish Fishing and technical fishing “Saltwater Light Jigging and Popping”, Bottom Fishing and Fly-Fishing. Open season begins from March until October. The port will be closed from November until late February due to the East Coast Monsoon.
Itinerary
- 8:20 am: Meet up at Jetty Tok 4, Kuala Rompin
- 8:30 am 5:30 pm: Full day of fishing fun
- 5:30 pm: Return back to jetty
