How to redeem your Genting SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park e-voucher
- This is not your official ticket to the outdoor theme park.
- You will receive your Genting SkyWorlds e-voucher via email from Tripcarte within 2 (two) working hours. Contact us if you do not receive your e-voucher at +60 12-219 8095 via WhatsApp.
- Click on this link and create an account with Resorts World Genting.
- Login with your mobile number / email address / membership ID.
- Once logged in, redeem your Genting SkyWorlds e-voucher at the Genting SkyWorlds booking website. Here you can select your outdoor theme park booking date.
- Enter your Genting SkyWorlds e-voucher and click ‘Search’.
- Select your preferred date and redemption quantity and click the ‘Book Now’ button.
- Confirm your booking details on the summary page, then select ‘Check-out’.
- Check your email inbox for your Genting SkyWorlds ticket and booking confirmation.
Redemption Terms and Conditions:
- One Resorts World Genting account can only redeem two (2) Genting SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park e-vouchers into tickets.
- Customers will only have until 30th June 2022 to redeem and use their Genting SkyWorlds e-vouchers.
- This e-voucher is only valid until 30th June 2022. E-vouchers that have not been redeemed will not be refunded.
- Do contact us at +60 12-219 8095 via WhatsApp if you do not receive your Genting SkyWorlds e-voucher.
E-voucher Cancellation Policy:
- All tickets are only valid on your selected date.
- To redeem your ticket, please proceed to the Genting SkyWorlds booking website.
- Your booking confirmation to the attraction /activity is subjected to the theme park’s availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Once your booking is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations will be entertained.
- The e-voucher code is non-transferable or non-refundable in the event of a no show or not being used.
- No replacement e-vouchers will be issued if you lose your e-voucher code due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package without prior notice.
