Tripcarte.asia, a tourism-ticketing platform has tied up with Malindo Air to allow its customers to plan, review and confirm their holiday activities prior to their travel date.
Through the partnership, Malindo Air passengers can purchase e-tickets to more than 180 Malaysian attractions and will enjoy special rates and be able to use exclusive express lanes to skip queues.
To enjoy these special rates and convenience, Malindo Air customers should look out for the list of attractions that will be displayed on the confirmation page after purchasing the airline tickets.
Tripcarte managing director, Parthiven Shan said the portal also provided 24/7 customer care hotline and online chat service for inquiries and booking checks.
“Our focus is to ensure that the travel experience for the guest is always a pleasant one and we will ensure that Malindo Air passengers enjoy a dedicated customer service channel for any inquiries,” he said in a joint statement today.
Malindo Air chief executive officer, Chandran Rama Murthy, meanwhile, said the partnership would allow the airline’s passengers to have peace of mind when they travel while saving time and cost.
